Delicious food and a cozy place to dine. If you visit Kamloops and not in a hurry, it is a nice brunch place to eat. But it is a bit of a wait.

Excellent food, good price, friendly people!

Ordered Bird’s nest and traditional breakfast. Bird nest tasted superb. Bird nest comes with spinach, eggs, bits of bacons, and cheddar cheese on top of a toast. The menu says it is like the classic menu of the restaurant. There were toasts on the side which were awesome. Traditional breakfast comes with toast, two eggs, and a choice of ham/bacon/sausage. Ham and sausages were a bit dry. If you are a traveller, there are some pamphlets and books about Kamloops in the corner of the restaurant. Coffees are served in different cups, which I found interesting. They have so many different cups! I got there before 9am on Saturday morning and there was no line up. The line up started after 9:30am. However, it seems the line up was decreasing at the adequate rate. Top notch service and happy staffs!

Really nice brunch place. Stopped by on our way to Saskatchewan (long drive... ugh), and we liked it so much... we stopped on the way back home to Vancouver again!!!

Eclectic was my first thought as I entered this 'little bit of breakfast heaven'. It wasn't busy when I arrived so I had a choice of tables. The server was quick to bring me water and a menu. Coffee followed in minutes. The restaurant was quickly filling up when I ordered the Bacon Eggs Benny with home fries. Every bite was perfect in every way. Just great! A great crowd too; everyone very friendly.

When we looked this up online, we were skeptical. BUT.... like s real big BUT.... this place had lines going. It was like in the middle of nowhere there were lines like china town Sydney. We waited 30 mins and ordered THE best breakfast I have had in a good while. The toasted bread was to die for... that is the south west grilled cheese. The bread was crispy, cheese well melted and pulled pork not dry.The salad was yummy yummy. The chicken was not dry and the balance of bacon, veggie etc was perfect. More importantly, the service was pretty genuine. They even warm the cup when you are drinking tea. Small details that make them deserve my 5/5!!!

Food is really tasty, and service was great! Only reason for the 4/5 stars is the price for the quantity. For the price, I felt it left me wondering where the other half of my potatoes were, etc.

A solid, humble breakfast joint that is not a greasy spoon. Lots of seating. Friendly, accommodating service. A good selection of breakie/brunch/lunch options including decent veg and vegan selections. Yummy potato hash!! Leave feeling happy.

We were just in Kamloops for a work day trip and tried Hello Toast. I had the Popeye. It was am omelette with spinach. It was really good. The decor is a little funky and fun. Next time I return to Kamloops I will bring the family to eat here.

Gotta stop at hello toast every time I'm in town to visit my daughter. Its their favourite and my home away from home breakfast joint. Great food, raucous vibe, hometown delicious.

Phenomenal! Just had breakfast with my friends. Had a bit of a wait so we went elsewhere for coffees, got back right in time for our table. We ordered right away because we were hungry, the food was quick and sooo delicious. I'll be back next time I pass through Loops!

We were visiting Kamloops and tried this place for breakfast. We would 100% recommend it! I had the Strawberry Shortcake French Toast (two pieces of sourdough French toast sandwiching sweet cream cheese and strawberries covered in granola and whipped cream. Big cups of coffee. Amazing!

I love this place. There is usually a line to get in. Well worth the wait. Good food and excellent ambiance.

Our friends ordered the Eggs Benny. They both enjoyed it as well! All four of us loved their hash browns! They were done perfectly! The right texture and the spices certainly delighted us! I couldn't have enough of it! The most important part is that the servers were very energetic even with the long lineups. They were patient and very open minded to adjustment. We got a warm smile from all of the staffs who worked there!

I'm visiting from Toronto, and I haven't had eggs benny this good anywhere else in my entire life. The whole menu looks fantastic! It was busy - the good kind of busy though, and the atmosphere was lovely.

This was the best breakfast we have had so far in Canada. The service was good even though the restaurant was busy. The stuffed French toast was especially good although we wished we had gotten the Eggs Benedict judging by how good it looked. The grilled cheese was unique, especially with the coleslaw on it. They did charge me for a side of BBQ sauce which was disappointing.
